We will investigate and respond within 48 hours. If you are unsatisfied, you may escalate to our legal compliance manager for further review within 5 business days.

These terms and all disputes arising from rgo are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rgo operates. You agree to submit to our internal dispute-resolution process before pursuing any external legal action.
